  The Housing Connection is a housing resources email list for persons with developmental disabilities. This service is provided free by the Housing Consortium of the East Bay (HCEB). As a member of this list, you will receive notices of Section 8 list openings, rental and homeownership housing availability and other relevant news. Notices will arrive as information becomes available. All Regional Center of the East Bay Case Managers working with adults automatically receive notices.
